At guochaohub, we stand behind every order we ship. These terms are our promise to handle cancellations, returns, and refunds with fairness, speed, and complete transparency — in full compliance with AED law.

1. Cancellations Made Simple

Changed your mind before we ship? Cancel anytime for free. Just email [email protected].

Already shipped? We can't stop it in transit. Please accept delivery and start a return — we'll guide you through it.

2. When We Step In

Sometimes we need to cancel orders due to stock limits, pricing corrections, fraud prevention, or unreachable addresses. If your payment was already processed, we'll issue a full refund without delay.

3. Fair Return Terms

We accept returns under AED consumer guidelines:

Time: You have 14 days from delivery to let us know.

Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all tags and seals.

Exclusions: For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics, personal care, fragrances, undergarments, or clearance/final-sale items.

4. Your Refund — Fast and Fair

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days (depending on your bank). Original shipping fees are only refunded if we made an error — otherwise, they're non-refundable.

5. Return Process — We Make It Easy

Email us at [email protected] with your order number. We'll review and approve your request within 1 to 3 business days, then arrange a courier pickup from your AED address.

Shipping Fee: A flat AED 20 deduction applies for return logistics, except for defective or incorrect items (where we cover it).

6. Legal Framework

These terms are governed by AED law. Any disputes will be resolved in the Dubai Courts, AED.
