14 Days, No Worries
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, with tags and packaging intact.

Hygiene Exceptions
For your safety, we can't accept returns on opened personal care, cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, or final-sale items.

Return Shipping — Your Choice
We offer free pickup, or a flat AED 20 fee deducted from your refund. Initial shipping is non-refundable.

Simple Process
Contact us, and we'll reply within 1–3 business days with everything you need.

Fast Refunds
Once approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

If We Get It Wrong
Damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 48 hours — we'll replace or refund, no questions asked.
